No drawing / old drawing

Laser scan or CMM capture → nominal CAD. Tolerances: hole positions ±0.2mm, shaft fits H7/g6.

Wear & impact damage

Material recommendations: AR400 (360‑440 BHN) for abrasion, Mn steel for high impact.

Fitment‑sensitive assemblies

CMM report with deviation analysis. Trial‑fit validation support.

Emergency & low‑volume spares

Lead time 5‑10 days for critical remakes. No MOQ. First‑article inspection included.

Component review process

Submit component condition. We return engineering & manufacturing route.

Send photos, sample condition, failure pattern, material clues, quantity, urgency. We respond with reverse engineering path, material upgrade options, fitment control plan, lead time.

For attachments, email files directly to projects@arrosaengineering.com. The upload field is preserved for backend integration.
